Although AcresBay makes reasonable efforts to list quality properties, buyers and investors are strongly advised to independently verify:

- RERA registration (where applicable)
- VMRDA/HMDA/DTCP approvals (where applicable)
- Survey numbers
- Boundaries
- Measurements
- Pricing
- Taxes and statutory dues
- Any other legal or financial aspects

4. Property Information
